Hydrant Covers  Quickly identifies "OUT OF SERVICE" hydrants. The cover fits completely over the hydrant and is secured in place with a steel cable and lock. Made of 18 oz. tear and wear resistant vinyl coated nylon material. Available in Fire Engine Red or Safety Yellow. 3/16" steel cable and master lock are included.
